[Neko]

(Just believe that Neko Dissappeared :P and that Neko and Dragoon's Admral guy came to a draw and Neko said she'd leave)

A small ship appeared in the distent horizon as the Sun rose up over the sea as if it came out from the sun. She floated into the habor and tied up her ship, it wasn't to small but it wasn't to big...it was just enough to go from place to place with the ability to take on huge storms. She gave a small giggle as she began to walk into town, she was here looking for two men...one who she fought before she left and also the one she made a contract with that was never completed. She simple gave a peacful smile she walked into town, she cairred her syieth on her back but her smile was even widend when she saw a wanted poster....Wanted Unkown Girl wanted for questioning...reward 10,000 berries. She approched the picture and took out a pen and wrote where it said "Unknown Girl" and walked away...it had her name...her name....Neko.

[Admiral]

Osumi smashed his way through a wall to take down a worthless pirate crew, therefore as a marine he had to use the bounty to pay for the repairs, "Now how am I gonna pay for the meal, you'd think someone like myself would have more money." He strutted down the busy street and checked out some of the less extravangant stores the ones with barely any people in them, "Hmm...not much to buy." Osumi thought to himself, wonder if their are any new bounties out, "That be a treat kicking some no name pirates ass." His attitude was very unlike that of a high ranking naval officers, but he was strong so the old geezers could care less.

Looking up and down examining the names on the few posters the pub had, one caught his eye, "Small bounty...but someone crossed the name out and added Neko. What a weird name, maybe their still about." Osumi decided to give a look around he would start down at the docks to check for a pirate flag he hadn't seen before.

[Neko]

(Neko's a Merc so she doesn't have a pirate Flag..but just for kicks we'll say she does....It's a picture of a double bladed Syieth with Dragon Wings)

Neko walked threw the town with a smile on her face, she had been gone so long that hardly anyone seem to know who she was...which could have been a good thing. She stopped at a bar where a lot of the town thugs stopped at to have a drink and harrass the women that they they capture. She knew the moment that she entered the bar the thungs would take one look at her body and try to sexualy harass her which was what Neko hoped for so she could teach them a lesson. As she entered the bar she dropped her syieth outside the bar, she knew no one could pick it up but her, all eye's were on here when she entered....at least all the thugs.

She sat down at a table over in the corner and every thug in there walked over to her "You know sweet thing..This isn't the safest place for you to be in". Neko smiled and said inocent voce and a shocked face "Oh my Gosh...I didn't know that, thank you for telling me I'll leave right away then" the rest of the thugs laughed and told her she wouldn't be leaving. As one attemped to grab her she brought up her fist and hit the guy in the nose sending him across the bar and with that Neko started a huge bar fight but resulting with every thug in there with something broken. Neko walked out of the bar brushing her hands on her purple skirt as she walked out and picked up her Syieth.

When she grabing her weapon and attached it to her back there was a lot of people looking at her, she just smiled and walked passed. She was now enjoying her self and now thought that it was time to visit the part of the town that she nearly destroyed when she fought Gantz. However, little did she know that a very powerful enemey was here in town today...

(idk...guess I was bored and needed something to type about :P

[Admiral]

His gaze drifted back and forth as some pirate flags caught his eye right away and were upcoming rookies, but the others were just some small timers. "Not sure if the ships here." Osumi peered around the edge of the next building and saw another random flag this one more conspicuos, he flipped through his archive of folders and didn't recognize the symbol. "That must be it."

A small green light began to pulse at the center of his palm as he began his trek over to the ship. When Osumi came within throwing radius he swiftly thrusted his hand forward as if he was flicking something. He had condensed multiple atoms together and manipulated their output. The small bullet-esk thing shot across pelting through the wooden side of the ship, it gradually got bigger in a matter of seconds the explosion evaporated the ships interior and exterior. All that remained were a fee scraps of wood that blew off in the explosion.

"That should keep her here, I sure hope that was her ship though," Osumi grinned turning a roundabout and headed back up the same street. The streets were still buzzing with people, so lept up to the roof in several jumps entertaining some people. Taking one last look upon the wanted poster he placed it folded in his side pocket. "Wait..." Osumi whispered he caught a glimpse of a passer-byer that resembled her quite perfectly.

Without a seconds thought he had lept off the roof into a semi-roll and landed on one knee in front of her, "Are...you Neko."

[Neko]

Neko was just thinking to himself about her position as a Merc casue she though she would do perfectly fine as Pirate and besides....she's already got a reward on her head and destroyed 1/16th of the town she was in. Neko was just in a good mood all around today, she had just got into town and had almost murdered a gang of guys...she was having to much fun. People looked at her as she walked by and it wasn't because of her really but it was what she had hanging on her back. They Syieht looked very scary looking and it didn't look like something a cute girl like Neko would carry so no mater what she would always get some stairs from people.

Neko was almost to her destination when she started to get a bad feeling and normaly when she got these feelings they turned out really really bad. Moments after she ahd that feeling a mad jumped right in front of him and asked if she was Neko...she knew who this man was and was going to need to get someone with more power to take on a man of this power but she'd have to fake her way out of this one.

Neko bowed at the man "Sir Admiral Osumi it is a honor to meet you...wait did you say Neko" She laughed as she looked up at the man "Neko is my idenical Twin sister, My name is Kat...I'm looking for her too if you are also". Neko had passed on many contracts to take this man down because of the power the man had "Would you like to walk with me...maybe we'll both find her". Neko didn't want to be close to the man at all so once he left his gaurd down Neko would try to find her contract Dealer and maybe he would be able to fight this man.

[Admiral]

"Don't fuck with me..." The dam mysterious luminescant light appeared in the palm of his hand. Th crowd around picked oup the conversation and cleared the road, "I haven't had a good brawl in a while, but you might suffice." millions of atoms condensed into one ball, it glew green because he made it have a reaction, and condensed its explsoive power to only destroy a certain area. "Neko...bounty 10,000 although not much of a troublemaker now I am taking you into custody."

Osumi grinned as he would just be sweeping the tash out with this one, "Shall you come quietly or do you wish me to provide force." The firm tone of his voice and the intent would atonish anyone.

[Neko]

Neko stopped walking and turned around and faced him and bowed yet again "Well then Sir Admiral Osumi let me re-enteroduce my self...My name is Neko...Merc and Expert Assasin..I hate to make this quick but...". Neko picked up a small pebble and Flicked it at Osumi and even though it was a flick it was fast then a bullet but it went right threw Osumi's head as quickly as as the hole filled back in. Neko smiled "I knew you were a fruit user but never a Logia...Guess that Admirals are full of suprises".

Neko her self was full of surprises and even though this man was able to minipulate atom's and was a admiral and had the power to blow up atom's Neko was still a new enemey and a enemy you don't know is a deadly one. Neko still stood there and smiled "Well Sir Admiral Osumi that display I showed you was one secret of mine...I have 3 more...care to find them out?" Neko didn't count one of her secrets as one so she said three. Neko hadn't noticed it before but it was really empty where they were at. Neko did happen to notice something green glowing in his hand so she prepaird to bring her hand up fast to exspell enough force at whatever he threw at her to stop it.

OOC: I knew it wouldn't kill you so I just did it...it's like it didn't even touch you :P

[Admiral]

With the flick of his wrist he thrusted the blast in her direction, kicking into the dirt he backed away a couple feet from the blasts radius. In the same moment he used the piece of wood he took earlier from the ship and dematerialized it, rearanging its structure and making it into a katana. "That always gets me when I do this, hahaha."

Osumi had one of the strongest logia types, he thought, since everything was his playground, well except humans themselves that kinda blew. "You dead yet..." As the blast set off before it reached her hand enough to blow her away either way.

[Neko]

Neko was prepaired for it to come all the way to her but not almost to her and when it blew up Neko had to act fast but not to quick either. Neko brought up her hand and exspelled enough force forward to make a the blast go around her but not touch her and this all hapend within seconds of the explotion. Neko put her haand down as there was still smoke in the air and he couldn't yet see her but she said threw the smoke "Nope I'm still alive and well....if you can only do that then you must really suck". As the smoke cleared Neko slowly came into View and she was smiling but as she did..she thought to herself My Syithe is my weapon, if he can minipulate Atom's like that then he's bound to be able to take apart anything...best be careful.

Neko held up her hand and said "I know Logia users are resistent to Physical and Ranged attacks because they hit the body one spot at a time but what happends when you hit it all at once?". Neko relaced a massive wave of force to Osumi from her hand and it was enough to knock him all the way back to the docks if it hit him.

[Admiral]

Dematerializing his body structure he spread out and rejoined after the blasts attack had passed, "You truly underestimate me. Atoms make up everything in the universe, and with it you can decompse and recreate basically everything, even my own own body." Osumi chuckled and gave a slight smirk. Turning his whole arm glowing he thrusts it forward to counterattack back, this punch is followed by a wave surge caused by the explosion of the atoms then forced froward by his own movement. "Ato Ato Surger."

[Neko]

Neko watched as her force did nothing as he split apart and reformed...she was in trouble. She noticed that his arm had started to grow green and as soon as that happend she knew he was going to attack again but could have been anything but it did suprise her the attack. She brought her arm up yet again and relaced enough forces to repell the attack but the surge cought her off gaurd and knocked her backwards a little bit she quickly regained her footing. Neko now started to walk to Osumi "If by now you should know that range attacks are wasting your energy so..." Neko reached for the blade of her Scythe and detached it and a hande poped out so she could hold it like a sword "......secret number 2 my scythe holds about 3 secrets itself but I'll show you this one the Seastone blade....". Neko blasted Force from behind her giving her enough speed to blast her way forward as she slashed at the Admiral Osumi.

Neko kept in mind his power...however he did have is fruit to avoid melee and ranged attacks but because of that it may make him slow to gaurd or avoid a attack with a seastone blade...something that can actually attack him. With the speed Neko swong it at it would be hard to block. Neko also had added more of her power into the swing...braking any weapon that it would come in contact with.

OOC: Yes...I did...and Yes I can....read thy fruit :P

[Admiral]

Stepping back slowly, he began to smile slowly, but it appeared. He flicked out a cigarette, lighing it as he lept backwards. "Hm, thats pretty cool." Osumi sighed, as he knew that was the only thing she posessed s she wouldn't get any stronger from here. "Alright lets end this."

Knowing the blade could pierce or scratch his skin, he had to dematerialize the area that had been struck, and reconstruct after each attack, this took some energy, but his past training allowed him to do it under more serious conditions. Osumi shot off several small particle clusters that surrounded different area's during the commotion, they were what he called land mines of the sort but could also be activated manually.

[Neko]

Neko could tell this was going to be bad and quick, she didn't know what else could neigate his fruit. Every fruit had a weakness but though Neko's smarts she could think of what it was. She had to lease and if it was going into a coma for 2 weeks it was well worth it. She had a evil glare in her eye looking right at the Admiral "Sorry Admin, but your only going ot learn about 3 of my secrets today..." a purple mist started to form around Neko that originated from the orb in Neko's weapon. She smiled a evil smile "I'd like you to meet my inner demon" She said jokingly and she started to transform...her skin started to change as she grow scales all over her and the nshe grew in size and changed shape...after all was said and doen she grew wings...she had now turned into her final weapon...a Dragon.
